What You'll Learn
Set up Claude Cowork, understand how it differs from chatting, and complete your first real task. You'll learn the core task loop, how file-based work operates in a secure local environment, and how to use projects and instructions to give Cowork lasting context.
Connect your email, calendar, and other tools to Cowork using connectors and plugins. Build coordination workflows that pull from multiple sources, like drafting emails, prepping meetings, and summarizing threads, all from a single prompt.
Produce real deliverables: slide decks from notes, reports from scattered files, spreadsheets with working formulas. Then go deeper. Run analysis at scale using subagents, and learn to customize plugins so they match your team's workflows and standards.
Set up scheduled tasks that run on a cadence, write multi-step prompts you can trust, and learn how to manage usage, models, and context over time. You'll leave with a working automated workflow and a plan for rolling Cowork out to your team.
